- If the failure cannot be solved by our Level 1 technicians, you will be called for further instructions
Premium Care Plan (Level 2 Server Management)
The Premium Care Server Management plan is ideal for those who wish to outsource all of their daily server maintenance tasks. With all bases covered, and access to technical support when you need it, this is the ideal solution for customers who want to focus on their core business activities.
